Create an account
This content is not available in your language yet.
You need an email address and a password. There is no credit card step: you pay by topping up a prepaid wallet afterwards.
Section titled “Sign up”-
Enter your email and a password, and complete the short human check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Disposable email addresses are refused.
-
Open the verification email and follow its link. Until your email is verified you can’t create an organization.
-
Create your organization. Give it a name and pick its country. The organization is the billing entity: it holds the wallet, the projects and everyone’s access. Self-signup is open to organizations in Kenya during the preview.
-
You are the organization’s owner (the
OrgOwnerpolicy: full access). Create a project in Projects → New project; each project gets its own private network automatically. See Organizations and projects.
Joining a team instead
Section titled “Joining a team instead”If a colleague invited you, use the link in the invitation email rather than signing up. It creates your account and adds you to their organization in one step. Invitations are valid for 7 days. See Users, groups and invitations.
Protect the account
Section titled “Protect the account”Turn on a second factor before you put anything important in the account: an authenticator app (TOTP) or a passkey. Go to Your account → Sign-in security. See Sign-in security.
What a new account can do
Section titled “What a new account can do”A new organization starts on the new trust tier: up to 2 projects, 2 VMs, 2 vCPUs, 4 GiB of memory
and 1 public IPv4 address in total, with 50 Mbit/s per VM. Your first successful top-up moves you
to payment_verified with higher limits at once. See Quotas and tiers.
A new organization can’t create billable resources until it has money in the wallet (or promotional credit), so the next step is a top-up.
Next: Top up your wallet.
